Route #19

After a climb out of the Rheidol valley, the first half of the walk is along grassy ridges with good views over the upper valley, using grassy tracks and paths through woodland, sheep pasture, and open moorland. The return is along lower paths close to the river and through sessile oak woodland which is a National Nature Reserve. Standard Route also includes a spectacular gorge path.
