Easy tracks & paths up past Grogwynion falls, then round Castell
Grogwynion - an iron-age hill-fort - and up to Brynafan, where there are
good views of the hills to the north and east. Then field and forest paths
above the Ystwyth valley to the village of Llanafan. Uphill on forest
paths past another Celtic hill fort. Returning downhill on easy tracks
with good views of the Ystwyth valley.
